This is a Letter of Recommendation / Testimonial for Mr. Rick Hersey of Country Custom Tile. Rick and his team were asked to do all of the tile work on a mural that we had designed. The mural was three sided and very detailed. Rick was responsible to review the drawing and take each piece of tile and place it in the correct position in order to create the finished mural. This was not a project that could be rushed and Rick and his team took ample time to carefully complete the mural. They did a fantastic job without breaking a single tile ! During the installation we had decided to do some additional work. Rick was briefed, he ordered the additional tile and grout and returned quickly to complete the project. In today's world of contractor scams, gouging prices, and shoddy work it is a pleasure to be able to have worked with Rick Hersey and his team. We would highly recommend him.
